This is an application for disposal of the main case based on a settlement arrived at between the employer and the petitioning-workman. The affidavit of the workman admitting to withdraw the petition on a condition which is not mentioned in the affidavit but counsel for the management assures the Court that it is beneficial compromise and compensation has been paid as agreed to by the workman. As a result, no further directions are required from this Court and the matter is disposed of as settled. In case, the settlement is breached the petitioner would have a liberty to revive this petition.
