***** G.S. Sandhawalia, J.(Oral) The present Letters Patent Appeal is directed against the order dated 12.06.2023 passed by learned Single Judge in CWP No.13270 of 2023, to decline the grant of any interim relief.

We have been informed that the writ petition is, now, pending for 06.02.2025 and the private respondents have not been served. Even in the present case, notice of motion was issued on 03.07.2023 and the notices could not be issued to the respondents for want of process fee. 3.

In such circumstances, we are of the considered opinion that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present litigation and accordingly, the same is dismissed.

Needless to say that we are not commenting on the merits of the case and it is open for the appellant to press for deciding the writ petition expeditiously before learned Single Judge, after getting the private respondents served.
