It has been averred in the application that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide compromise-deed dated 06.12.2014. The copy of compromise-deed has been appended along with the application, as Annexure A-1.

FAO No. M-124 of 2008 At the oral request of learned counsel for the parties, the main appeal is taken up for hearing today.

In view of the order of even date passed in CM No. 2612-CII of 2015, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the appellant to move an application for revival of the appeal, in case the compromise-deed dated 06.12.2014, is not acted upon by the respondent.
