**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) In the present case after passing of impugned order dated 28.12.2004 (Annexure P-7), the petitioner has been retired in the year 2010. In pursuance of order (Annexure P-7), no recovery of `15,489/- has been made. This order has attained finality and the department has not initiated any steps to recover the said amount. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition, at this stage and the same is hereby disposed of as such.
