Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.269 dated 30.11.2022 registered under Section 18 of NDPS Act, at Police Station City Moga, District Moga. 2.

Learned State counsel has filed custody certificate, as per which, the petitioner is behind bars for only 10 months and 8 days and submits that commercial quantity of contraband was recovered in this case. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
