**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ especially in the nature of mandamus in the context of providing Pharmacists certificate to the petitioner for which the petitioner has already submitted application and necessary fee to the office of respondent No.2. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has completed the pharmacy course of 02 years in the month of June, 2020. Provisional certificate of deployment has already been issued to the petitioner. Now, the application for issuance of certificate of pharmacists/pharmacy is pending before respondent No.2 and the same has not been entertained, despite issuance of legal notice dated 13.03.2022. CWP No. 16361 of 2022 -2Learned counsel places reliance upon similar situated petitioner who had filed CWP No.14482 of 2022 in which order dated 11.07.2022 was passed, thereby directing the competent authority to decide the legal notice within a specified period by way of passing a speaking order.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
