The only question now is whether the respondent had rightly cancelled the contract and forfeited the security as per condition No. 15 of the agreement. The respondents had at least to hear the petitioner in respect of the cancellation of the contract and security deposit.
The petition is disposed of by granting the petitioner liberty to respond to the impugned communication dated 10.5.2017 and in the event of the petitioner doing so, the respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law including affording the petitioner a personal hearing and pass a fresh order.
