G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Admittedly, the petitioner has not approached the respondents after the order dated 28.04.2014 was passed rejecting the claim on account of non-availability of the vacant post of JBT Teachers in general category at district Bhiwani.

Faced with this situation, counsel prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to approach the respondents at the first instance.
