Counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner was proceeded against ex parte before Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) on 02.11.2022 Annexure P-7, without being served and by order dated 06.02.2023 Annexure P-8, Original Application filed by Bank was accepted and a recovery certificate was issued. Counsel states that petitioner has moved an application (MA-104-2025) before the DRT for setting aside ex parte decree. He submits that application is not being adjudicated. Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the DRT to dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order. 3.
