**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (Oral) Trial Court's report says the complainant has stated that no compromise whatsoever has been effected between the parties. Petitioners' counsel submits that during the pendency of the present petition, petitioner no.1 has expired. He further submits that the compromise effected between the parties could not materialize because of nature of offence involved and he will be satisfied if the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. Counsel for respondents no.2 and 3 has no objection, provided the petitioners do not seek any adjournments.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of, with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably by 31.3.2023.
