(ORAL) Through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for directing respondents No.4 to 5 to produce alleged detenue Nasima wife of the petitioner before this Court. Contents of the instant petition are incorrect. For the redressal of his grouse, if any, petitioner may approach the Uttar Pradesh Courts. Dismissed.
