(ORAL) This petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 09.02.2016 (Annexure P-6) and order dated 27.05.2016 (Annexure P-8) and for directing respondent No.1 to consider and decide the One Time Settlement offer of the petitioners. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submitted that in the order dated 01.12.2016, it has been inadvertently recorded that the matter has been settled under the One Time Settlement Scheme whereas, according to respondent-Corporation, petitioners are eligible for settlement under the One Time Settlement Scheme of 2015. It was further submitted by learned counsel for respondent No.1 that petitioners may appear before the concerned officer of the respondent-Corporation for further discussion so that orders under the One Time Settlement Scheme can be passed.
