The challenge in this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is to the orders dated 24.08.2015, 08.10.2015 and 26.04.2016 (Annexures P-4 to P-6 respectively). 2.

The dispute arose vide order dated 24.08.2015 (Annexure P-4) which was merged in order dated 26.04.2016 (Annexure P-6) passed by the revisional authority wherein the said Authority, while accepting the revision petition to the extent that the matter was to be re-decided by the authority concerned, observed in the following terms:

'I have heard both the parties and examined the record of the case. The petitioner's family is Riot effected and terrorist effected. So in these circumstances Revision petition is accepted upto the extent that the case may be out up before the authority as per provision in amendment as follows:- "provided that in genuine cases of hardship of a class of person(s), the authority may, by general of specific order, reduce the amount of forfeiture for any person(s) for the reasons to be recorded in writing."

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of order dated 26.04.2016 (Annexure P-6), he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the concerned authority.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to her, in accordance with law.
