The matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 05.09.2024. As per report of the Mediator dated 12.11.2024, the parties have since settled their dispute. As per para 4 of the compromise the amount due already stands paid by the appellants to the respondents and now there is no dispute between the parties. 2.

In view of the settlement, the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties on 12.11.2024 before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.

In view of the fact that the parties have entered into a compromise before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, the Court fees be refunded as per rules.
