(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at length, when confronted with the fact that the petitioner has neither participated in the tender proceedings, nor has he in any way made any claim for award of the contract, submits that since the tender has been awarded for less than 6 lacs, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 05.04.2023 (Annexure P-5) before respondent No. 2 - PGIMER which may be considered and decided by it. Mr. Amit Jhanji, learned senior counsel, appearing for respondent No. 2 - PGIMER, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered and decided by them in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No.
