**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) In the context of order dated 29.07.2022, learned State counsel on instructions from Sh. Rajan Oberoi, Secretary, RTA, Jalandhar submits that a new time table has already been approved by the competent authority and the same shall be implemented w.e.f. 18.09.2022.

In view of aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this writ petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
