(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Show Cause Notice dated 29.06.2015 (Annexure P-1) and complaint dated 26.06.2015 (Annexure P-2), which are stated to be without jurisdiction and barred by limitation and further also issued without any summons under Section 37 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, read with Section 131(1) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. A further prayer for direction to respondent No.2 to release the bank account of the petitioner vide Bank Account No.25853 with Canara Bank, Jalandhar has also been made.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed and comprehensive reply to the show cause notice dated 29.06.2015 (Annexure P-1) and also to challenge the filing of the complaint dated 26.06.2015 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law.
