The learned counsel representing the petitioners admits that the matter in issue is covered by a previous judgment of this Court in Chandan Lal and Others v. The State of Haryana and Others (Civil Writ Petition No. 7230 of 2022) decided on 28.04.2022. In fact, the impugned order passed by the respondent No.5-Land Acquisition Collector-cum-District Revenue Officer, Gurugram, is common in both the writ petitions. 2.
