Narinder Singh Dhaliwal, Secretary, RTA, Ludhiana submits that the application dated 15.01.2022 filed by the petitioner before the Regional Transport Authority, Ludhiana has been considered and after due consideration the same stands rejected vide order dated 04.08.2022.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with a liberty to assail the order dated 04.08.2022 in accordance with law.
