State of Haryana and others ......Respondents ...
CORAM :
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK ...
Present :
Ms. Minakshi Poswal, Advocate for the petitioners. ...
1. To be referred to the Reporter or not ?
2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, fairly states that since a bonafide, but serious mistake has crept in, particularly in the prayer clause, she will not be in a position to substantiate her arguments. She seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition, on the same cause of action, but with better particulars and in the appropriate form. Permission is granted.
Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. 1.8.2016 (RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK) GS JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes/No Whether Reportable Yes/No GREESH SAHNI 2016.08.02 14:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
