This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of appropriate directions to official respondents No. 2 to 4 to take appropriate legal action on the complaint/ representation dated 23.04.2025 (Annexure P-3) against the private respondents No. 5 to 13. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 23.04.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali) against private respondents No. 5 to 13 but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali) to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.
