Through this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the official respondents to trace out and produce daughter of the petitioner namely, Nandni, who is missing since 01.11.2018, before this Court.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajbir Singh, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous inasmuch as daughter of the petitioner and respondent No.4 have solemnised marriage. Learned counsel for respondents No.4 to 7 submits that petitioner has no objection in the marriage of his daughter and respondent RAVINDER SINGH 2018.12.11 10:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document No.4.
