(ORAL) Through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus to release detenue Heena Bano from the custody of respondents No.3 to 7.

On previous date also, none was present on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, he has gone unrepresented. Learned State counsel submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of solemnisation of marriage of Heena Bano with the petitioner.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous and for want of prosecution as well.
