Learned counsel submits that the petitioners have though been granted the financial benefits prior to 38 months of filing the present petition, however certain persons, who were similarly circumstanced have been granted more than that, regarding which he would file a representation to the respondents giving specific details of such individuals and the amount paid to them, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case a representation is filed within 4 weeks, the same be decided expeditiously in accordance with law, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
