%+FIR No.28 dated 02.03.2021, registered at Police Station Dugri, District Ludhiana, under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 17.06.2021 (Annexure P-2), arrived at between the parties.

Vide order dated 03.09.2021, notice of motion was issued. In pursuance thereof, Mr. Kanwar Abhay Singh, Advocate, puts in an appearance and files his power of attorney on behalf of respondent No.2, which is taken on record. He submits that no compromise has been effected between the parties. In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed at this stage.
