Mr. Goklaney submits that he is satisfied with the stand taken by the State in its reply. Para 4 (f) of the reply reads as under:- "(f) In compliance of the aforesaid instructions vide letter No. 10390 dated 27.12.2017, the case of the petitioner for C.P.F. has already been sent to the Department of Finance, Govt. of Punjab through the Treasury Officer, Abohar on 26.02.2018." He submits that State has not taken any steps thereafter. Learned State counsel assures the court that needful shall be done at the earliest, in any case not later than two months.
