Present petition for habeas corpus seeking directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to get released the detenues mentioned in para No.5 thereof who have been illegally detained by respondents No.4 to 6. The averments in the writ petition are duly supported by an affidavit. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Surinder Pal Singh Tinna, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali to enquire into the averments made in the present petition and submit a report to this /court.
