**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for direction to the respondents to restructure the loan amount and due consideration on the proposal of the petitioner. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently certain averments could not be made in the writ petition, whereby, the intention of the petitioner could be shown that the loan amount was to be discharged by deposting certain amount in terms thereof. Accordingly, a prayer was made that she may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a better, complete and comprehensive writ petition on the same cause of action. 3.
