The counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in compliance of order dated 6.10.2020, the petitioner joined the investigation and even challan has been presented against her in the Court concerned. Aforesaid facts are not refuted by the State counsel on the instructions of ASI Madan Gopal. In view of the above and the fact that recovery has already been effected in this case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 6.10.2020 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions which are envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
