This order shall dispose of the above mentioned three petitions wherein petitioners Jagroop Singh, John William, Kuldip Singh and Emanual Masih, seek grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered arising out of above mentioned FIR.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter has been amicably resolved amongst the parties with the help of Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and that the entire agreed amount already stands paid.

Mr. Abhishek, Advocate, appearing on behalf of Mr. A.S.Manaise, Advocate, representing the complainant has endorsed the aforesaid factum of compromise and has stated that he has no objection in case the petitioners are granted bail.

Learned State counsel informed that the petitioners have joined investigation and are not wanted for any interrogation. 5.

In view of the aforestated position, all the three petitions are accepted. In the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail

CRM-M Nos.36481, 37257 & 52309 of 2021 (O&M) - 3 - subject to their furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Arresting/Investigating Officer and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. 6.

A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of each connected case.
