KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing due to prevailing situation of COVID-19.

This petition has been filed by the petitioners with prayer that the direction be issued to the learned trial Court to decide stay application moved under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Civil Procedure Code in Civil Suit No.364 of 2020 titled as Geeta and another Vs. Amar Pal Rana and another. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the learned trial Court service is complete but the suit has been unnecessarily adjourned to 06.01.2021, without disposing of the stay application. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that necessary directions be given to the learned trial Court to dispose of the stay application, at the earliest, as the respondents are bent upon to alienate the suit property.

In the given circumstances, there is no need to issue notice of this Civil Revision to the respondents, for its disposal. This petition is hereby disposed of with direction to the court of learned Additional Civil Judge VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2020.10.05 04:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
