(ORAL) The respondents are willing to restore the site to the petitioner subject to his paying the amounts as per the statement tendered in Court, taken on record and marked as 'X'. The petitioner is willing to pay the amounts as per the statement alongwith further interest as applicable upto the date of payment. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of by the following order:- In the event of the petitioner paying the sum of Rs. 4,43,694.77/- as stipulated in the statement by 31.03.2016 and further interest as demanded by the respondents in writing by 15.02.2016, the order of resumption shall stand set aside. The payment of Rs. 4,43,694.77/- shall be unconditional. In the event of the petitioner disputing the further interest to be communicated by the respondents, the respondents shall first pay the same and thereafter adopt proceedings for the recovery thereof.
