Short reply by way of affidavit of Ashok Kumar, District Registrar of Firms and Societies, Kurukshetra has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that appeal filed by petitioner before the State Registrar has been decided. He has referred to para 3 of the affidavit. Same reads as under:- "3. That the election schedule was issued by the returning officer appointed by the respondent No. 3 as per the election schedule, the returning officer respondent no. 7 displayed the voter list of 62 voters on the schedule date and date for filing nomination was fixed on 23.05.2017. Only one nomination on each post was filled and on scrutiny of nominations the list of candidates was also displayed which was to be declared on 04.06.2017, but the same was not Ajay Kumar 2017.08.11 10:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document declared in compliance of the stay order dated 02.06.2017 of

CWP No. 11642 of 2017 (O&M) this Hon'ble Court in the present petition. Hence, the process of election has already been completed by the returning officer (Respondent No. 7) and the appeal filed by petitioner society has been dismissed on 05.07.2017. copy of the order dated 05.07.2017 is attached as Annexure R-I. "

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
