Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had retired from Govt. service and was cheated by respondent No.5 on the pretext of allotting her a flat in "Prabh Homez" in Emerging Valley project. She came to know that there is no project like "Emerging Valley" as claimed by respondent No.5 and she has been cheated of all her savings. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, UT Chandigarh to look into the representation Annexure P-4 made by petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
