Present writ petition for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 & 3 to get released or produce the detenue, namely Sompal, who is stated to be in illegal custody of respondent No.4-Manoj Mital. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has already moved a detailed representation (Annexure P1) before respondent No.2-District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar on 27.11.2018 in this regard, but no action has been taken thereon so far and his grievance would be redressed if respondent No.2 is directed to look into his representation and decide the same.
