(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 29.04.2016 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.2 ordering the demolition of the unauthorized construction in the building at site measuring 150 sq. ft. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner could not controvert that the impugned order has been passed in exercise of powers of Estate Officer under Rules 10 and 14 of the Chandigarh Estate Rules, 2007 read with Section 8-A of the Capital of Punjab (Development and Regulation) Act, 1952 (in short 'the Act of 1952') and the said order is appealable under Section 10 of the Act of 1952.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal accordingly.
