Learned State counsel submits that concerned authority shall consider whether petitioner can be taken in custody to attend the marriage of his son which is scheduled to be held on 07.02.2018. He further submits that order passed by this court shall be conveyed to the concerned authority today itself.

In view of statement made by him, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed.
