(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to deliver the complete secured assets (plant and machinery) purchased by the petitioner in an auction held by respondents as per the advertisement got published by the respondents.

In Annexure P-5 it has been stated that the bank has already handed over the possession of the machinery put on auction, alleged to have not been received by the petitioner. It has also been noticed that same had been acknowledged by the petitioner and has also been lifted by the petitioner.

In such circumstances, we do not find any ground to grant prayer made in the writ petition.
