Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to conduct fair investigation in FIR No.0189, dated 22.05.2024, under Sections 307/379/341/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Zirakpur and in the alternative for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 04.06.2024 (Annexure P-6) in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner is having threat at the hands of private respondent No.4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 04.06.2024 (Annexure P-6) to respondent No.2. He has further submitted that he would be satisfied if the aforesaid representation is decided in a time bound manner. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar, Mohali, to look into the representation and to take appropriate action, if any required, as per law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also convey the same to the petitioner. 6.
