The Appellate Authority has assessed the amount of mesne profits, payable by the tenant during the pendency of the appeal. It is not in dispute that the appeal against the order of eviction is pending before the Appellate Authority.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the revision petition is disposed of by requesting the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal within a period of six months.
