**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The grievance of the petitioner herein is against the inaction of the respondents-State in regularizing his services despite having worked for more than five years.

Mr. M.S. Kang, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that a legal notice dated 28.11.2016 (Annexure P-10) has already been served upon the department concerned, however, no decision is forthcoming. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that at the present moment the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued for an early consideration and decision in the legal notice dated 28.11.2016 (Annexure P-10) served by the petitioner upon the respondents.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice 28.11.2016 (Annexure P-10) served by the petitioner upon the respondents by passing a speaking order in Satyawan 2017.05.25 17:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
