CORAM: HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE JAISHREE THAKUR
Present:
Mr. Sumit Gupta, Advocate, for the petitioner.
**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) It is contended that the petitioner has retired on 31.03.2017, however, as on date pension and other retiral benefits have not been released to the petitioner nor his pension papers are being accepted by the respondent-department. In this regard, the petitioner has already approached the department by filing a representation dated 06.04.2017 (Annexure P-5), however, to date no action has been taken thereon. At the present moment, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his representation dated 06.04.2017 (Annexure P-5) is considered and decided expeditiously. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 06.04.2017 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
