In view of the fact that the petitioners' entitlement to purchase the land in dispute on the premise that it was an evacuee property has been turned down vide a separate order of even date passed in LPA No.1687 of 2015 (Usha & Ors. vs. State of Haryana & Ors.) and the land has been found to have vested in the Gram Panchayat, no exception can be taken to the eviction proceedings initiated by the Gram Panchayat under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Land (Regulations) Act, 1961.
