This petition is filed for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 845, dated 7th September, 2018, under Sections 362, 302, 201, 392, 411, 414 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station City, Ballabgarh, District Faridabad. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner was declared juvenile. He seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies in accordance with law. 4.
