Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside impugned order dated 30.04.2019, Annexure P-14, passed by respondent No.1, whereby, order dated 20.12.2018, Annexure P-12, passed by respondent No.2, had been set aside. 2.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that petition has become infructuous as fresh election to the Managing Committee has been held.
