Mr. Vikram Singh Rao, Advocate for the petitioners. JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The dispute is regarding partition between collaterals qua the land measuring 10 kanal 8 marlas in the revenue area of Village Maseet, Tehsil and District Rewari. The mode of partition was finalized on 13.9.2012 and consequently Naksha 'B' was sanctioned on 23.11.2013, subsequently the partition proceedings were finalized and Sanad Takseem was issued on 23.5.2014. Thereafter, a revision petition dated 14.7.2015 (P.7) was filed before the Financial Commissioner (Revenue), Haryana under Section 16 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1987. The same has been dismissed vide impugned order dated 15.7.2015 (P.8). The sole argument raised on behalf of learned counsel is that due to a communication gap between the petitioner and his counsel, written objections could not be filed neither at the time of sanction of the mode of partition nor against the Naksha 'B'.

CWP No.16249 of 2015 #2# The plea raised is not liable to be accepted since due procedure is laid down for finalization of partition proceedings under the Land Revenue Act granting an opportunity to file objections at every stage. Nothing of the sort has concededly been done. The plea of communication gap appears to be a complete after thought.

No ground for interference is made out.

Dismissed.
