RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to conduct fair and proper investigation in FIR No.210, dated 25.12.2020, registered under Section 498-A IPC, at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar Rural. (Annexure P1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that FIR in this was registered on 25.12.2020 and since then no action has been taken against the accused.

Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.M.S.Nagra, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Heard.
