(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the list of the Chandigarh Administration for delivering the possession of the flat which is to be constructed under the Chandigarh Small Flats Scheme 2006 on lease hold basis for 99 years for slum area of Chandigarh Administration.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to alternative remedies as available under law. 3.
