Mr. Harish Rathee, Sr. DAG, Haryana **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) This petition has been filed for directing the respondents to grant the petitioner the interim relief for status quo in the post of legal assistant.

On notice, a reply has been filed by respondent Nos. 1 and 2 stating therein that the petitioner applied online for engagement of Legal Assistant in response to advertisement dated 08.12.2017 but she did not fill up the complete online form and did not submit full academic details from matric onwards.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset states the selection process is completed but posts are still lying vacant. However, keeping in view the fact that the selection process is over, the present petition stands dismissed.
