The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 23.05.2024 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.2.

Mr. Vikas Mohan Gupta, Advocate appears and files fresh Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner, with no objection from the earlier counsel in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, as the petition has been wrongly filed in the name of the Gram Panchayat Village Ferozepur, whereas the complaint was made by Sarpanch (Vikas Kumar) in the individual capacity. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to Sarpanch (Vikas Kumar) to avail his remedies against the impugned order herein, in accordance with law. 5.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
